Sarah + Chase || Engagements

I met Sarah and Chase in Crystal City, VA on what could be considered the hottest day of all time. It was so hot my knees were sweating. Regardless, Sarah and and Chase stayed cool for this photo shoot. The session was filled with loads of smooches, ice cream and a thundering rain storm.

Kurtz + Atkins

So I have these cool new friends. One of my favorite interior designers, Meredith at Tuscan Blue Design in Frederick, MD, referred me to Jodi Kurtz and Bryan Atkins to have a piece of furniture made. These two furniture designers have a great workshop in Damascus called Kurtz + Atkins and they make gorgeous, rustic furniture. 

We did a little photo shoot a few weeks ago and the minute I walked in I had a beer in hand. So yes, these are my new friends.

Personal Project // Last day of Kindergarten

I had to do a follow-up to my First Day of Kindergarten post from last August. He has yet to appreciate my ambushing him with a camera first thing in the morning. I hope this day was worth it.
